Train for a 5K with us! Our beginner-friendly training program will help you build the fitness and confidence you need to cross the finish line like a champ. This program is designed to help you improve your 5K time, no matter where your current fitness level is. With a coach and training buddies to keep you on track, you’ll be psyched to celebrate The Big Run this June. The program meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at Fleet Feet Mechanicsburg. This training program kicks off April 9 and trains for The Big Run 5K on June 5.
