Most comfortable shoes I've ever worn little pricey but worth it

This is my second pair of these and they are extremely comfortable. These are the best shoes I’ve ever bought they may be expensive but I have foot problems and these help me with those problems a lot.

The heel drop was too low causing lower back pain with 20 minutes of wearing these shoes which was a big disappointment as they felt very comfortable on n my feet.

Great road running shoe for those that want added cushion for road running.

When I could not fin anywhere the Altra Running Paradigm 7 Men's 8.5 Wide shoes which are no rise I decided to try the Hoka low rise. In the end I don't think the Hoka Bondi 8 Extra Wide Men's 8.5 works any better for me. I get two pair so I can alternate shoes every day. When these wear out I will probably try to go back to the no rise which have the same issues for me but I find more comfortable.

I need a shoe with a stiff sole. The small heel drop is very comfortable for me.

Has the cushioning and space I've been needing for my sore feet. I only use them for walking and everyday use and not for running or jogging.

Everything was great but I do not like the fabric on the top portion of the shoe it already has caught on a small area and I'm afraid that it will not last as long as my other shoes New Balance Etc

I have few options 10. 1/2. 4E that Hoka offers. Bondi 8 in my size has 2 colors but only 1 was available so once again limiting my options. This is my second pair of Bondi 8’s and walking in them is like walking on pillows.

Great shoe. Wish that the wide sizes had the same color options especially the multi-color shoe that they keep advertising.

I like them but they squeak. I am also very disappointed in the color options for the extra wide version. This needs to improve to keep me as a customer.

These were a gift for my husband and he loves them.

This is my 5th pair of Hoka Bondi 8's. I have Plantar Fasciitis and these shoes let me walk in comfort. They are great for walking on concrete or other hard surfaces. I bought slippers which are supposed to be good for people with my condition but I wear a pair of Hokas around the house because they are so much more comfortable. I'm not a runner but I walk 2 miles every morning and they are wonderful for that.

These are amazingly comfortable shoes. I wear them for walking (2.5 miles twice per day) and for everything else too. In fact it's the only shoe I ever wear unless I just have to wear a dress shoe. Fair warning though. It took a bit of work to find the right Hoka and the right size. I had to go with a half size larger than my old New Balance shoes and from a D width to the next size up in width. If you're a runner this may not be your shoe. But for walking and wearing every day go for the Bondi 8 first.

Performed better than I had hoped and took my recovery from foot surgery to the next level. One of my challenges at this stage was comfort in walking down stairs and my Hoka’s made this better. And this is only within a week of wearing them.

I just ordered my 4th pair of Bondi 8s. I absolutely love these shoes! I even ordered a pair for my wife who was suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. They have allowed her to enjoy her summer beach walks. I personally wear mine every day. My pair I use for work have been replaced. I also have an all black pair for refereeing basketball. I have a wide foot so the 4E option was great! One of my friends who was apprehensive about the price initially just got a pair and has been amazed that they are so comfortable. Your body's health starts at your feet. Treat them right!

They don't last!! I wore them a couple of times and the cushion was gone!! I could feel the floor with the bottom of my feet!!

Consistently a great overall comfortable shoe for all activities including running

I bought the Bondi 8 at the recommendation of my Orthopedic Surgean. My feet work consistently hurting after about a hour of wear no matter what shoe or professional boot I was wearing. I now own 4 pair of Bondi 8 including the all leather Bondi SR. They are ALL I wear now now matter Which environment I am in and my feet have never hurt again even after working 12 hour long day. Would Highly recommend to anyone with foot issues tonrelief the stress on your feet any even truly enjoy long walks which I have not been able to do for many years. After having foot problems all my life my podiatrist recommended I try hoka and I did and got hooked on them after getting use to rocking motion you get with them I personally prefer Bondi and wear them now and five years in retail couldn’t have done it with out them on my feet

Very good support for walking. The newest Bondi version is as good as all of the previous ones.

The most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn. As a Physical Education teacher and coach I am on my feet all day. These sneakers give me the support and comfort all day long.

It’s a good shoe but if you have wide feet I don’t recommend even the 4E did not fit properly. Sad because the Bondi 7s were great with this.

I have been buying Hoka shoes for years because they're the only shoe that eases the pain in my feet due to plantar fascia issues. The only problem I have with the Bondi is that they don't last long (the treads wear out in less than a year). However this pair is only a month or so old and the two top-left eyelets already tore from the shoelace.

Extremely comfortable shoe. Lightweight no need to break in. I have had two pairs of Bondi 7s and the 8s are equally if not MORE comfortable. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Excellent service - great fit! I have difficult feet (to say the least) and with my orthotics proper fitting can be difficult. These are EXCELLENT sneakers that feel just right. Hard to find for me.

I love the shoe it self I am sure most people would. However I do still have some pain when using my insoles...maybe they have too much support. Or maybtelle its just break in time. Time will tell. It is an excellent shoe!

Even though I’m not a runner I walk -3-4 miles a day. These are the most comfortable solid shoes ever. They do have a lifespan of 5 months when they start to breakdown but still wearable well beyond that. Great shoes!!

This is the first Bondi 8 I have worn as I was a long time Bondi 7 guy. The fit and the width of the 4E is perfect. I love the cushioning and stability. I just wish there were more color options in size 9 4E.

I have wide feet and I am finding that my left foot still has a lot of pressure along the outside despite the wide shoes.

These shoes instantly stopped months of hip and knee pain. Need an extra wide shoe my options are slim and these are truly life changing.

That was my initial thought when I saw the soles on these sneakers. In fairness Hoka soles are not much crazier than what New Balance has been putting on their recent Fresh Foam shoes. As a heavier runner at 195 lbs I’ve been on a never ending quest for greater cushioning. I tried on a pair of Cliftons inside a Fleet Feet store to confirm my fit and then ordered a pair of Bondi 8s online. My first impressions are positive. Not much heavier than the pair of New Balance 1080s I had been running in but noticeably more comfortable. I’ve been getting a year out of the 1080s until the soles wore out so I’m hoping the Bondi 8s are more durable.

Outstanding running shoe very light and cushioned. Relieves pressure onnjoints. Soles seem to wear out sooner than other shoes but as an octogenarian runner I highly recommend them.

Very stable and comfortable shoes. I mainly do brisk walks with some jogging. Excellent shoes for what I am using them for. I am 67 and enjoy the stable base.

Total sham. The 8 bombed big time. They have the shock absorption of a flip flop. They feel like they have big lumps in the soles pushing against your foot in all the wrong places. I cannot believe doctors endorsed this shoe. I’ve never owned a HOKA before but see tons of people wearing these at races so didn’t second guess snatching up a pair to diversify my trainers. Ran my regular 5 mile 45 minute run and felt like I got plantar fasciitis limping around like a cripple. Luckily it was just this joke of a shoe because when I switched back to my Diadora and the pain evaporated instantly. I went back to a different fleet feet store and asked the guy if it’s just me or is this shoe actually horrible. He said the 7 and earlier models were great but they blew it with the 8. Said they get more returns and complaints about this one than anything else they sell. Even pointed to the exact spot where he knows the pain comes from. Buyer beware. Just because it looks popular don’t just slam down $150+ for a shoe read other one star reviews because they’re all seasoned runners with more experience with this brand than me.

Absolutely the best pair of shoes I have ever had. No break in required for me. It has saved my back while exercising/training. I know have 4 pairs that I rotate. They are so worth it. Like clouds supporting your feet.

I had a pair of the Hoka Bondi 8. They were substandard to the Bondi 7. I have purchased over 15 pairs of Hoka Bondi brand in the past. This was a big mistake for Hoka to come out with the 8. Cost more and made cheaper.

I don't have wide feet but after buying and returning a few sizes even with the wide version of the shoe the toe box is far too narrow. Also the sole was falling off within a week of trying the shoes. Too expensive to not be great

My wife is a Hoka fan so I bought a pair. The shoes are comfortable. The heel is a bit larger than a usual shoe so I have noticed bumping it more than 'normal'. 2 things though the shoe says it is black but in bright light like sunlight it is really a very dark blue and you can see the difference from the black sole and side from the fabric. Also mine came with 2 different sized shoelaces (44 & 54 inches).

I was hoping that the Bondi 8s would have that nice cushion feelRight when I first put them on in the Store I didn’t feel the nice cushion feeling I’ve experienced before. I’ve had Bondi 5-8s. I liked 6s the most 7s were a little less cushioned and the 8s are a little less. The 8s need breaking in before I fell some of the Cush. Still not as good as the 7s also top material is thinner and cheaper feeling. I just don’t know who says that they are max cushion when I have had better. It’s like nobody can get better at making something. I’m not saying they’re not Good. It’s just not as good as all the other Bondis that I have had. If they were as good as the 7s I would have gotten another pair. If they had Felt more comfortable than the 7s! I would have probably gotten another 3 pairs. I guess I have to wait until Bondi 9s come out.Please make the 9s better. It makes a big difference if the cushion is soft enough. I have arthritis in my feet knees and a bad back. Maybe that’s why I’m so particular on how comfortable they are means a lot to me.

I wore Brooks Addiction Walkers for nearly 20 years and like them. I tried these Hokas on the suggestion of a friend. I have had them about a month and for me they far surpass the Brooks in comfort. The jury's still out on durability.

Great comfortable shoes

First time I’ve had to wear size 91/2W because you redesigned Bondi 7. I have 3 pair of size 10 but the new ones are too narrow. Took me a litter while to get use to new size but know seems fine. Love the product but wish I could go back to size 10.

We have bought many pairs of Hoka shoes from Fleet Feet over the years. They always seem to have the correct styles sizes and colors we want. One of the other great things about Fleet Feet is the super fast shipping. I have literally ordered shoes and had them at my door in a day or two. Amazing!

Quick service and great shoes.

After taking a few days of wear to get used to the higher than my older shoes soles I found walking was so much Imore comfortable and I will be walking more. They are a little tight in the box of the shoe and could have been a smidge roomier but they do give good support. My age is 75 6’ tall and 200 lbs. My shoe size measures 12.5 but I purchased size 13 and the length of the shoe is perfect. I will be purchasing another pair.

I was searching for an all black HOKA and found one on your website. Unfortunately it was not a Bondi like my previous pair so it was not a good fit. I returned it and the sent a larger size which still did not fit. I returned this pair to the Roanoke store. This is when the sales person told me that the Bondi was a different design. He brought out a Bondi 8 and it felt fantastic. They did not have the solid black in stock so he ordered them which were delivered to my home in a matter of 2 days. Thank you for making it so easy to find the right shoe.

Much improved over the Bondi 7. For me the sole wear better and the shoe seems more comfortable

I have found the 8 to be very comfortable just like the 7. As a teacher it’s perfect for being on my feet all day. I had to size up a half a size as I found it a bit more snug than the 7. The only downside I find with the Bondi is that it seems to slip just a little and not lock down the heal as well as other shoes. Can’t beat the comfort though.

I bought the Hoka One Bondi shoes for my husband. He said that they are the most comfortable shoes that he's ever worn. I'm sure we'll be purchasing the same shoes from Fleet Feet for him again. (and again and again...)

This is the third pair of Bondi’s I have ran it. My first pair Bondi 6 were awesome. Extremely comfortable. Ran a marathon in them. Got the Bondi 7 next not as impressed. Still a great shoe but didn’t seem as comfortable at the 6. Had a half marathon coming up and bought the Bondi 8. Comfort wise great but when training it seemed like the were rubbing the outside of my big toes to much. Really creating calluses. The 7 didn’t do this and I had already been doing some of my training runs in them. After the half marathon my calluses were much worse. Very surprised. Plan on returning them and find another show that’ll fit me better. I hate it because I really like Hoka.

Assuming 5 is the highest mark I definitely give my shoes and overall experience a 5+. I’ve shopped at three locations West Bloomfield MI Ann Arbor MI and Delray Beach FL and every associate was very professional and extremely helpful. They found the best shoe for me. I really appreciate the store policy of customer satisfaction of the product! Truly speaks for what Fleet Feet offers. I will only shop at Fleet Feet for my walking shoes. Thank you.

Outstanding help at the fleet feet in Springfield MO. Bondi 8 excellent shoe for mature marathoners that have passed their prime and now do predominantly slow jogging or walking. Also I find it an outstanding shoe for trail walking.

My husband absolutely loves his Hoka's! He deals with plantar fasciitis and Hoka's are the only shoes that are super comfortable for him. He has Hoka's in multiple colors and actually enjoys walking again. Thank you Hoka!

I've been using Hoka One One Bondi running shoes for several years and have yet to be disappointed. They provide a great fit with good arch support and a comfortable cushion for this senior citizen.

i have definite foot problems from toe to pads etc etc and thought my running days were over years ago until i found the previous model of this shoe that was out then. From the moment i put them on i thought this is the miracle i have been waiting for... and bang the next day i was running with comfort and built my run back up quickly over time with absolutely no discomfort....it was a remarkable shoe and buying them eversince....i am 74 and run 3-6 miles daily....now i was very hesitant to buy the new shoe because i thought...its impossible to improve these shoes and i can save money and buy the older model and be happy...but i splurged and bought and laughed when they delivered them...i told the delivery person you will be getting back in the next few days....i let them sit in the box for about 2 weeks not excited at all about putting them on then one morning i said what the heck...good day to send them back. as i put them on and BOOM...when my foot slipped in on a tight opening it felt like someone put me in the drivers seat of a Maserati....it felt like it was built for my foot from the front to the back and side to side...its impossible to explain...them i tightened them and was stepped out the door and could not believe the first mile...it was like heaven...on the first try i gained 1/2 mph to my speed without trying...it was just natural...the contact with the ground the comfort of the foot the feeling like i was bear footed since it never moved or felt like it was on....every step was firm never slipped perfect take off no movement of the foot etc etc...so now this shoe is the best pair i ever owned...the comfort is second to none for me....i highly recommend anyone that stopped running or even walking to buy a pair and if you dont agree then Fleet will take them back after whatever use you throw at them no questions asked.....you may find out that there is a lot more to go and your feet can take you there in the right shoe...good luck

My doctor recommended I consider Hokas to help with a good problem I was dealing with. Took a little adjusting because the show is wider than the normal shoe but In have adjusted and enjoy wearing the Hokas.

The Bondi 8 are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. The inside of the shoe was digging into my arch when I first got them but this went away after 2-3 uses.

Unfortunately I have been in PT the past 18 months with a pinched nerve running through my right hip knee and chin. My PT recommended Hokas as she discovered were the best for minimizing lower leg pain ( she was preparing for knee replacement). She wore hers 24/7. I found my size and the most competitive pricing from my local Fleer Feet store in Winston-Salem. I love them! Can’t wait to become healthy with assistance from my Holas!

I PURCHASED THESE SHOES TO CORRECT MY SUPINATION. THEY HAVE ALLEVIATED MY KNEE PAIN NEARLY IMMEDIATELY. I WILL BE PURCHASING OTHER PAIRS!!

I've put on approximately 25 miles thus far on my Hoka One One Bondi 8 sneakers. These Bondi along with my Bondi 7 sneakers are the most comfortable sneakers I've ever owned. I am not a runner however I do take a daily walk between 2 to 3.5 miles. The cushioning if fantastic. I had spinal fusion surgery over a year ago and these sneakers provided me with the ability to work out comfortably. I highly recommend the Bondi 8!

The bondi 8 are great shoes . I’ve been wearing Hoka’s for the last 5 years . I work twelve hour shifts only in Hoka’s. My mind might be tired but not my feet. Also both locations of Fleet Feet have great service and excellent return policy . The only place I shop for work shoes.

I have Posterior Tendon Dysfunction which feels like plantar fasciitis and haven’t been able to run and sometimes walk comfortably without severe pain and moderate swelling for quite some time. I get yearly injections buying time before the inevitable super invasive surgery. Most shoes even with arch support doesn’t help for long and breaking the shoe in seems to be an eternity. HOKA has given me IMMEDIATE relief! I was soooo shocked at how very little discomfort I felt after putting the shoe on that I jogged around my living just to test them out! Next day I completed a 6 mile run probably not the smartest thing to do but being able to do this felt amazing. I scored 4.5 but could only post 4 for sizing. I wear size 11 but bought 11.5. Still feels a little more snug than I would like but not bad at all.

If you are looking for a shoe with padding the Bondi 8 is a good shoe to check out. Compared to the Bondi 7 the new improvement have made this shoe lighter and more padding. I find that I wear it not only on my easy workout days but also just for leisure.

I have been wearing the Bondi 8 for several weeks now. Great shoe! Previously I was having trouble with my ankles knees and back after an hour or so of walking each day. I have absolutely no issues at all now as they provide excellent support. I'm a bigger guy but feel very stable in these shoes and feel great after long periods of standing and walking now. My next pair of shoes will like be a Hoka brand of some sort similar to the ones I purchased at Fleet Feet.

After two back surgeries this shoe allows me to walk and stand in comfort. I have 2 pairs for work 2 pairs for recreation and 1 pair for exercise. I have a pair everything I do . Durable comfortable affordable I mean comfort is priceless!

I have tried several specialty shoes for my foot pain. Hoka is the only one that helped my metatarsal pain. Fleet feet has been outstanding allowing me to return the shoes thT didn't work.

The HOKA Bondi 8 are Avery comfortable sure. My foot is wide and my second toe is longer than my big first toe. I ordered a Size 10 D which is a half size bigger than I generally wear. I use my Hoka’s for walking so I am unable to comment on how they feel when running

I really like this shoe. It fit true to size and the comfort is good for what I do - which is a mix of outdoor hiking and indoor jogging / elliptical. I am looking to also try the one one version as well.

This shoe exceeded my expectations. It is extremely comfortable and supportive. I must give high praise to the personnel at Running Fit in Traverse City MI. They placed me in the correct size which was different from my calculation from online instructions. When the store did not have the color shoe I wanted they ordered the shoe online and had it delivered to my home. It is my understanding the store received no remuneration for this act; which does not seem equitable.

Was glad to discover your store in Blue Ash but kind of embarrassed when I learned your sister store exists about a 5-minute walk from our house in Glendale. I'll be a regular customer there since I'd been traveling to Richmond Ind. for an expert fit. Your people are friendly helpful and – most importantly to me – know what they're doing. Got excellent advice and a fair price.

The shoe is super comfortable and a great fit. Unfortunately the sole has broken away from the body of the shoe after wearing it for 3 weeks.

They said the WV Beetle was not going to sell in the USA but look how long it did. HOKA Bondi 8 is what I use to do my daily 2 mile walks. Very comfortable. The 4 rating is because nothing on this earth is perfect.

Ordered Men’s Hoka Bondi 8 for first time. Although I am as a little hesitant as upgrades have been disappointing in past this once surpassed my expectations! Superior cushioning and fit!

The employees are so nice and patient. 3rd time buying Hoka’s for myself.

I have sciatic peripheral neuropathy and these shoes are great for easing the discomfort in my feet. I can wear them all day long with very little pain. Highly recommend Hoka.

Got some Bondi 7's first for walking around on concrete at work - had to get the 4E cuz of my wide feet. Then decided to get a pair of the new Bondi 8's for hiking... Even in 4E they seem a bit tight - not as wide as the same sioze Bondi 7's - but hopefully they will widen out a bit.

I was replacing the Bondi7 with the new Bondi8. I have several Hoka's (Clifton ATR Challenger Rincon Bondi) but by far the Bondi has beent he most comfortable when on my feet for 8-10 hours in a hospital setting. They (the 7s) took a little breaking in but the 8's were ready to go out of the box (or maybe my feet were ready for them). I was a little surprised as the toe box on the 8 seemed narrower than the 7 but it is just as roomy and the sole is a little wider given a bit more stability. If I could afford another new pair I'd get another Bondi8 for home use (I wear seperate work and home shoes given my occupation).

Very comfortable and responsive for road running. The latest model has better balance than the older ones and feels just the right amount of plush. Love it.

Shoes fit well. Tough to find shoes that fit comfortably. These 4w fit my feet well. Used them on a few runs and the soft cushy sole is awesome didn't feel the impact like other shoes in the past. Felt like a good rebound but not a runner so take that with a grain of salt

Lightweight & comfortable like walking on clouds. Best shoe for walking & running; And looks great!

Found these much more cushioned than the 7 when wearing side by side. Slightly narrow out of the box was concerned at first but they’ve broken in nicely. Very happy with this version

My doctor recommended these for my foot issues as I was to the point I was having trouble walking due to pain. The shoes fit perfectly but I had the luxury of trying them on at the store to determine my regular size was too small. Moving a half size up was perfect. The shoes have given my feet the opportunity to heal and reduce inflammation to the point I am not limping any longer. I also bought a pair of hiking shoes with the same Bondi 8 technology and they are a dream as well.
